If I was to make one slight critisism, I would say that it looks more like it could fit as a protoss design rather than an Amarr one - it looks a bit like the Protoss Stargate.
Either way it doesn't detract from what would be an excellent contender for the contest, and certainly fits EVE more than most of the finalists.
Another mistake I made was that armor segments are a separate, raised object in my design. In EVE they are part of the same object, and differentiated by texture. Had I used this approach instead, it might look more EVEish.
